These terms describe use of the Professional HVAC Websites LLC marketing website. Website projects are covered by a separate written agreement with each customer. You can review the Service Agreement before discussing a project.

1. Information and inquiries

This site describes our website design and care services for local HVAC businesses. Sending an inquiry, selecting a plan in the form, or requesting a consultation does not place an order, authorize a payment, reserve a start date, or create a customer agreement. We confirm scope, terms, and the project timeline before work begins.

2. Pricing and project terms

Monthly pricing is $0 down and $229/month for 12 months, then $99/month for hosting and care. The upfront option is $1,500 for development plus $99/month for care. The homepage explains included features, listed totals, and the proposed cancellation/handoff arrangement. Domain registration and renewal are paid directly by the customer to their registrar, separately from the plan price. Applicable taxes must be confirmed before agreement.

Your signed order and the Service Agreement together set out the selected payment option, billing dates, scope, cancellation, ownership, revisions, and handoff. Website use alone does not accept those project obligations. If information appears inconsistent, ask us to clarify it before making a commitment.

3. Content and example designs

Website text, custom design elements, and other original material belong to Professional HVAC Websites LLC or the relevant rights holders. Stock photos, software, and other third-party assets retain their original licenses. You may share links to this website. Do not copy or republish protected material beyond what the applicable license or law permits.

The designs shown are illustrative concepts using stock photography. They are not client projects, testimonials, or endorsements by depicted people or equipment brands. Photo sources are listed on the Photo Credits page.

4. Appropriate use

Do not use the site to send unlawful or deceptive material, impersonate another person, transmit malicious code, interfere with site availability, or attempt unauthorized access. When contacting us, provide information you are entitled to share.

Website design and basic SEO setup do not guarantee search positions, traffic, phone calls, or sales. Example designs illustrate possible presentation, not a promise of results. Site availability can be affected by maintenance, connectivity, and service providers.
