Why does my HVAC company need a website if I already have a Google Business Profile?
Your Business Profile helps people discover you. Your website gives them more room to understand your services, service area, and business, then call or request an estimate. They work together.
What is included in my website?
Both options include a custom-branded HVAC website with up to 5 pages, mobile-responsive design, basic local SEO setup, click-to-call buttons, contact forms, hosting, technical maintenance, form delivery testing after form-related changes, and up to 30 minutes of minor updates each month. The initial build includes two rounds of revisions.
How does the $229/month plan work?
You pay $0 down. Billing starts when your website launches: $229/month for 12 months, then $99/month for hosting and maintenance after the first year (starting in month 13). The first 12 months total $2,748 in listed plan charges: $1,560 for development and $1,188 for hosting and care.
Why does the monthly price drop after the first year?
During the first 12 payments, $130/month goes toward development and $99/month covers hosting and care. Once the $1,560 monthly-plan development total is paid, only the $99/month care plan remains. The upfront development option is $1,500 instead.
What happens if I cancel before 12 months?
Email us before your next renewal to arrange cancellation. After launch, each paid $229 installment includes $130 toward the $1,560 development total and $99 for hosting and care. If you leave before 12 installments are paid, the unpaid development balance is due within 14 calendar days of the final invoice, along with any unpaid hosting and care charges already incurred. No separate cancellation penalty or future unused care charges apply.
Example: After 6 paid installments, the remaining development balance is 6 × $130 = $780.
Before launch: we charge only completed milestones: design approved (30%), agreed pages built and ready for review (50%), and final testing plus launch preparation complete (20%). There is no charge for unfinished milestones. We credit development payments already made and refund any excess within 10 business days after confirming cancellation and completed milestones. Any remaining development balance is due within 14 calendar days of the final invoice. The signed order lists the milestone dollar amounts before work starts.
Handoff: once the applicable development balance and any outstanding service charges are settled, we provide the completed custom website files, transferable assets, and setup notes, and coordinate an agreed hosting end date. Your new provider handles installation and future hosting; the standard file handoff has no extra fee. Unfinished work is supplied as it stands, not as a completed website. Your domain remains yours throughout.
Do I own my website and domain?
You own your domain throughout the project. Once development is fully paid, ownership of the custom website work transfers under the written agreement: after the upfront build is paid and completed, after 12 paid monthly installments, or after the agreed early-cancellation balance is settled. We provide the website files and setup notes for handoff. Stock photos, third-party tools, and pre-existing components remain subject to their own licenses; nontransferable items will be identified. Provider accounts and unrelated systems are not included in a file handoff.
What does the $99/month maintenance plan include?
Website hosting, technical maintenance, form delivery testing after form-related changes, and up to 30 minutes of minor website updates per month. For the upfront option, and after the initial monthly build term, care runs month to month. Email us before the next renewal to cancel; service ends at the end of the current paid period, with no further care charges after that date. We agree the handoff and hosting end date with you so you can arrange replacement hosting. We acknowledge support requests within 2 business days, Monday–Friday excluding holidays; resolution time depends on the issue. Form delivery is tested after form-related changes, with no scheduled recurring monitoring.
Can I request website changes?
Yes. Both options include two rounds of revisions during the initial build and up to 30 minutes of minor updates per month afterward. Larger changes need a separate scope and an agreed quote before work begins. Minor updates include small text edits, photo swaps, and contact-detail changes. Unused time expires each month and does not roll over.
How long does it take to build my website?
Timing depends on the page content, photos, and feedback. A target timeline is agreed for each project after reviewing your content and scope, before work begins.
Do I need to provide photos, a logo, or written content?
Share any logo, business photos, service details, service area, and content you already have. We’ll discuss what is missing and confirm who supplies each item before the project begins. Any additional content or asset costs need to be agreed in advance.
Will my website work on mobile devices?
Yes. Both plans include responsive design so the layout works across phones, tablets, and desktop screens, with easy-to-use navigation and clear contact options.
Can customers call me directly from my website?
Yes. Both plans include click-to-call buttons using your business phone number, so visitors on compatible devices can tap to call. Contact forms give customers another way to request an estimate.
Will my website appear on Google?
Both options include basic local SEO setup, such as clear page titles, useful service information, and search-friendly page structure. Google controls indexing and rankings; specific positions, lead volume, and results are not guaranteed.
